Fans – these are the ones you might see at the fair or an outdoor wedding. #fans
Fans use a card-stock paper and wooden sticks just like the fat heads. Plus hot glue to glue them on.
You can use 100# cover or even 16 pt cover.
You can do fans with the stick showing or a no show. If the stick is showing it is just glued on the back.
When printing, you would need to incorporate the stick placement on the back side.
If you want a no show stick fan, you would do your design side by side. Front right beside the back. You then would score it for an easy fold.
After you have it printed, cut and scored, now it’s time to hot glue the sticks. You put glue around one half of the paper and half of the stick. Then fold over the paper to seal it. Now you have a fan.
These make great advertisements for your business and/or to do your wedding program on.
Just another example of something you possible get at a local print shop. (At least at the one I work at).
