I had to change the Black (K) PCU. PCU stands for Photoconductor Unit. It is an easy fix too! The PCU is near the charger unit.

Once it’s back in, you pat the drum with the pouch that lubricates it with a powder.

I did it from memory from one of the times the Ricoh tech came out did training with us. I didn’t need to use their self guided videos either! Go me!
